The "Leon" vacation home is located on the outskirts of the city of Vinkovci and is about 7 km from the city center, near an old oak forest and the Bosut River, along which there is a 5 km walking trail, and is intended for a peaceful and relaxing vacation for those who want to enjoy nature and "recharge their batteries" after a hard week. The house is fully equipped with household appliances (washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning, 3 large TVs of 75", 65", and 55", a PlayStation 5, and other small household appliances needed for a pleasant stay.) It has one bedroom with a double bed and a pull-out sofa in the living room, an open and covered terrace next to a pond with Japanese Koi carp, and a fenced-in yard. The house has an indoor heated space with an infrared sauna and a hot tub (jacuzzi). For a pleasant and recreational stay, you can use 2 bicycles, an inflatable boat for fishing or just for a ride on the Bosut River and to enjoy the pristine nature offered by the old Slavonian forest and the river itself. Nearby the house is the "Medena" Equestrian Club, and with prior arrangement with the club owner, riding sessions can be scheduled for children and adults. Pets are allowed in the house. Located 10 minutes from the property is the largest children's playground in Croatia, Zeleno Digital Park Papuk, which consists of a sports, recreational, and social entertainment zone for children and young people.
