👋 Who is behind CroaHoliday?
My name is Filip. I am not a hotel chain, not an investment fund — just one person who loves Croatia and believes its hosts deserve better.
For years I watched property owners — people who put their heart and savings into their homes — hand over an ever larger share of their earnings to intermediaries. A system meant to help had started to cost them.
I decided to do something concrete. CroaHoliday is the result — a platform built with love for Croatia and respect for its hosts.

We believe every property owner deserves to keep what they have earned. We believe guests and hosts can work together directly — without a middleman taking a cut.
Our goal is to build the largest Croatian direct-rental community — where every corner of Croatia, from Istria to Dubrovnik, from the islands to the mainland, has its place.

The idea is simple — guests and hosts can agree on every detail directly, without a middleman taking a cut. Price, terms, special requests — all between two people making a fair deal.
We built a platform that makes it possible — with an availability calendar, seasonal pricing, last minute offers and direct contact. No hidden fees, no surprises at the end.
Today we have hosts from all over Croatia — from Rovinj to Dubrovnik, from Vukovar to Varaždin. And we are only getting started.

👥 Unique on the market — multi-unit stays
The only Croatian platform where a large group (10+ people) can find accommodation across several units of the same property — automatically. The system finds the free units and suggests the best combination. Booking.com and Airbnb cannot do this.
🔔 Guests post a request — hosts get notified
A guest does not have to wait to find the right listing — they can post a request with dates, number of people and location. Every host with free dates is notified by e-mail automatically and can reply directly.
Hosts no longer wait to be found — they reach out to the guests who need them.
