Five Senses House

Five Senses House is a 4-star wooden Honka house in Gradunje, Donje Orešje, in the green Prigorje region near Sveti Ivan Zelina. It's about a 45-minute drive to the center of Zagreb, and you'll be surrounded by peace, greenery, and views of the hills. The house accommodates up to 8 guests and is yours exclusively. It has 3 bedrooms: a ground-floor bedroom with a double bed, a first-floor bedroom with a double bed, and a loft room with two beds, and the living room has a sofa bed. There are two bathrooms and a separate toilet by the pool. The 4,500 m² grounds feature a heated infinity pool, open from April 1 to October 31. The Jacuzzi and sauna are available year-round, and for rainy days and evenings, there is a game room with a pool table and a tavern. Linens, towels, final cleaning, and tourist tax are included in the price. The price is for the entire house, for up to 8 guests. Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. The minimum stay is 2 nights. Ideal for families and groups looking to slow down, breathe in the fresh air, and indulge their senses, all while being close to the city. A 30% deposit is required, with the balance due no later than 7 days before arrival. Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer. A security deposit of €300 is required. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is permitted outdoors, in the konoba (restaurant), and in the game room. Free cancellation is available up to 15 days before arrival. For cancellations between 14 and 8 days before arrival, a 30% fee will be charged, and for cancellations 7 days or less before arrival, a 100% fee will be charged.
