We offer our guests additional amenities for a more pleasant stay: Kitchen Equipment: Each apartment has a refrigerator with a freezer, a stove, a kettle, a drip coffee maker, a toaster, a microwave, and a hand mixer. Dishwasher: Apartment 2 is equipped with a mini dishwasher (60 cm wide, an over-the-counter model). For Families: A crib and a high chair are available upon request. Barbecue: A shared barbecue is available by prior arrangement. Other: An iron and ironing board are available upon request. Check-in/out: Check-in is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Payment: The reservation is confirmed with a 30% deposit; for stays of up to three nights, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance is due upon arrival. Damage Deposit: A security deposit of €150 is required upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure, provided there is no damage. Rates: For stays of up to 3 nights, the rate is 30% higher. The surcharge for an additional person is €10 per night. House Rules: Unregistered guests and pets are not allowed. Quiet hours: 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM and 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Non-refundable deposit: The paid deposit amount (30% or 50%) serves as a booking guarantee and a cancellation fee, and is non-refundable. Early Guest Departure: If a guest decides to voluntarily end their stay early, they are required to pay the full amount for the reservation. Damages: The €150 security deposit is used to cover any potential damages. If the cost of the damages exceeds the deposit, the guest is required to immediately pay the difference. Violation of the House Rules: In the event of a violation of the rules, the owner has the right to cancel the reservation. In that case, the guest will be refunded for the days from the day after the cancellation to the end of the planned stay.
