Our apartment is located in the heart of Lika – a region of unspoiled nature, cultural gems, and fresh mountain air. In our newly renovated apartment, located in the center of the quiet and safe town of Gospić, just a few minutes' drive from the Nikola Tesla Memorial Center, you will become part of our family story. Perfect for couples, families, or travelers seeking inspiration, relaxation, and a connection with nature during a vacation or business trip. Note: The apartment is located on the second floor of a building without an elevator. The building is of older construction and is a protected cultural and historical site under the jurisdiction of the relevant Ministry. It is awaiting renovation. Parking: Free parking is available right next to the building (in front of the police station). Other spots in the city marked with blue lines are subject to a fee (Mon–Fri 7 AM–4 PM, Sat 8 AM–12 PM). Surroundings: Adjacent to the building you will find a gym, a hair salon, a bookstore, a pharmacy, a notary public, a Faculty of Education, a police station, and a café – perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. Within a three- to five-minute walk, you will find a convenience store, a cathedral, banks, ATMs, a photo studio, boutiques, the Novčica River, medical clinics, and more. Upon arrival, we will ask for information from a guest's personal ID, passport, or any other document, such as a driver's license, for all arriving guests. This is a mandatory tourist registration that we must complete in the online registration form called E-Visitor. Welcome to this small town with a big heart!
