Welcome to our sunny apartment with a beautiful sea view! ☀️🌊 The apartment is in an excellent location in the Upper Ciovo area, just 150 meters from the beach, offering a perfect combination of comfort, peace, and proximity to the sea. The space is filled with natural light throughout the day, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere for your vacation. Guests have access to a garage parking space, two bicycles for exploring the surroundings, and two lounge chairs for carefree enjoyment on the beach. Whether you're looking for relaxation by the sea or an active vacation, here you will find everything you need for an unforgettable stay. It is located in a residential building on the 2nd floor, and the Studenac grocery store is located across the street. It consists of 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed for two and a view one with a double bed and a view of the sea and the other with two box spring beds for up to 3 people), a bathroom with a shower stall and a washing machine, a living room with a leather loveseat and TV, a comfortable armchair, and a kitchen with a dishwasher and all necessary kitchen appliances. The apartment has an air conditioning unit in the living room and underfloor heating in the bathroom and living room for a comfortable stay on cooler days. All windows and the balcony sliding door have new insect screens. On the terrace, there are two tables: a larger one for enjoying a meal and a smaller one for a coffee or simply relaxing… The balcony/terrace is quite spacious and overlooks almost all four directions…. The apartment is not suitable for pets (although we love them), and smoking is not allowed (except possibly on the terrace). The apartment is furnished with care to provide comfort, peace, and a home-like feel. It is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant and carefree stay. Our greatest reward is satisfied guests who leave our accommodation with fond memories and the desire to return. 😊
