Ground floor of a residential building, separate entrance with a large terrace, southeast facing, sun in the morning only, pleasant shade in the afternoon for a coffee. Free parking in front of the apartment. air conditioning, TV/satellite, fully equipped kitchen (dishes, large refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, 4-burner glass-ceramic induction cooktop, oven), and a large bathroom (bidet, large walk-in shower, washing machine, hairdryer). No Wi-Fi in the apartment. Bedroom with a double bed, in the living room a new sofa bed (for a child). Entry to the apartment is via a code; complete privacy, separate entrance. Everything within 250m: all amenities, the center, beaches, restaurants, cafes, playgrounds for children, a 10 km well-maintained seaside promenade, bike paths, beach volleyball, water sports... A train runs from the center along all the beaches to the Blue, Green, and White Lagoons. No car needed! Available from September 5th onwards Price depends on the dates and number of guests.
