The holiday house "Gajski Vrh" is a traditional oak house on two floors, with a total area of 90 m2, which was completely renovated in 2023. In the house, on the upper floor, there is a corridor from which you enter two bedrooms and a bathroom with a toilet, and a spiral staircase leads down to the lower floor, where there is an open space with a kitchen, dining room and living room. From this area you can enter a separate wellness area with hot tube (jacuzzy), sauna and an additional bathroom with a toilet. Both floors have terraces with a view of the surrounding hills and the city of Varaždin. On the lower one is a brick barbecuere. The house is equipped with an inverter air conditioner and a wood-burning fireplace, from which warm air is supplied to all rooms using an electric ventilation system, and each room has the option of individual electric heating. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, a refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, and a microwave oven, and there is also a washing machine in the house. Wireless flat internet and smart TVs are installed in the house.
